Sustainability
Wool is an all-season smart material that is 100% recyclable and retains its unique qualities. Wool production is highly energy-efficient due to its very low water and energy consumption.
Materials & Quality
Chaperons are handmade from natural, skin-friendly and recyclable materials that should not itch. In order to provide you with the finest chaperons, we carefully select the materials, make samples, and test them ourselves.
Wool, linings (viscose or cupro), threads and zips are all produced in Europe under EU quality standards.
Wool and cotton fabrics with certification OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Class I and II.
100% Recycled Mailer
Made from recycled plastics, this poly mailer gives plastics already in circulation a second life, a better alternative to single-use plastic mailers.
B.MOR Studio is using only eco safe materials that leave a minimal ecological footprint.
In 2022 we joined and became a partner of the Fashion Revolution Estonia team.
We are a global fashion activism movement of people who make the fashion industry work. We are the people who wear clothes. And we are the people who make them.
Zero-waste
Since the begging in 2017, we collect all our leftovers. We repurpose them in three ways: big ones become winter gloves, small ones become handcrafted felt textiles, and mixed sizes are shared with local artists.
Our partners include social homes that offer crafting lessons, the local upcycling project “Loov Hoov”, design university students, and the Estonian Art Doll House.
Circular & Upcycling
Upcycling has been part of our creative process since 2023. We restore homeless fabrics and garments using deadstock and vintage textiles, upcycled shirts, and BioRestore technology.
Care & Repairs
All our garments are easy to care for and repair. Each garment comes with a care tag, and we also share caring tips on our Instagram page.
Washing & Care
For wool and cashmere garments, we recommend practices hand washing only locally, using natural laundry soaps and EcoLabel laundry gel.
Chemical cleaning is enough once a year.
Steaming instead of ironing.
Make sure it is properly dried and hung, not stretched, stored in a dry place, so that moths and insects do not get in on it.
