1. Application of the sales contract, product and price information
The Terms of Sale (the "Terms") apply when purchasing products from the Online Store (the "Product"), between the Web Store User (the "Customer") and the Online Store owner, Woolenky Family OÜ (the "Web Store").
In addition to the Terms and Conditions, the legally binding relationships formed by using the Online Store are regulated by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
The Online store reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time. Changes to the Terms shall be published on the Website and shall take effect immediately upon publication. When ordering through online store, the Customer confirms that they have accepted the Terms.
The prices of products sold in the online shop are indicated in euros (€).
The delivery fee is added to the price. Delivery charge depends on the location of the buyer and the method of delivery. Delivery fee is displayed to the buyer before placing the order.
Product information is available in the Online Store directly next to the goods. It is possible to pay for the goods through the Payment Center. Bank links can be used in the following Estonian banks: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Pocopay.
We also accept Paypal payments.
2. Confirming the order
To place an order, you must add the desired item to the shopping cart. Fill in the required fields to complete the order and choose the appropriate delivery method. Then the amount of the fee that can be paid via the bank link displayed or through another payment solution.
The Agreement will be binding upon the deposit of the amount credited into the the Online Store's account. In case the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to unavailability of the goods or any other reason, the Customer will be informed by the seller at the earliest opportunity and the money will be returned (incl. cost of delivery) as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after the purchase.
The cost of shipping the goods is paid by the Customer and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method.
The products are made to order, unless stated otherwise. The time of production is indicated in the product description and is between 1-4 depending on the product and the availability of the materials.
The product will be delivered to the Customer by registered mail
or parcel service.
The customer will be informed when the product is shipped (and notified of the parcel tracking code).
Domestic deliveries generally arrive within 3-4 business days from the date of completion of the product.
Delivery in Europe takes between 7-12 calendar days, worldwide up to 21 calendar days.
If the destination of the product is outside the European Union, the Product may be subject to import obligations and customs duties payable upon arrival of the Product in the country of destination. Any such taxes will be paid by the Customer.
4. Right of withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer is entitled to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. Right of waiver applies to standard ready-made products. The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom made Products.The Product is custom made, if upon placing an order the Client can determine the essential characteristics of the Product – colour, dimensions, material or other physical parameters of the Product.
The right of withdrawal shall not apply where the Customer is a juridical person.
The Customer has 14 days after receiving the product to familiarize themselves with the product. If the Customer is not satisfied with the Product for any reason then the Customer has the right to return the Product within 14 days by notifying the Web Store with request for a refund at email@example.com
The Product wished to be returned must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it reached the Customer. The product must be unused, and must not show any signs, marks, damages that the Product did not have before reaching the Customer. Products that have signs of use cannot be returned and they will be sent back to the Customer.
The Online store will refund the cost of the product to the Customer as soon as the returned product has reached the Store, but no later than within 14 days upon receiving the notice of withdrawal, under the condition that the Product reaches the online store within 14 days from the date of delivery to the customer. Shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
In the event of defects of the Product, the Customer is obliged to contact the Web Store at the earliest opportunity and make a statement. The Web Store will replace the Product or, if this is not possible, refund the cost of the Product. In case of the Product being previously damaged, the Online Store will pay the cost of replacing the Product. The customer has a right to submit claims within 2 years from the date of purchase.
5. Right to file a claim
The online store is responsible for any defects and non-compliances of the product which already existed at the time of delivery of the item, or become apparent within two years from the delivery of the goods to the Customer. Within the first six months it is presumed that the defect already existed at the time of delivery.
6. Processing of personal data
Woolenky Family OÜ is the processor of personal data.
The online store uses the personal information entered by the Customer
(including name, phone number, address, email address, bank details)
only for processing the order and sending the goods to the buyer.
The online store transmits personal data to the transport service
companies to deliver the goods and forward the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.
The Online Store sends newsletters and offers to the Customer's email address only if the Customer has requested it by entering the e-mail address on the website and expressed their desire for direct mail notifications.
The Customer can opt out at any time email offers and newsletters by informing us by email or by following the instructions in the offer email.
7. Solving disputes
If the Customer has a claim against the Web Store, they must email firstname.lastname@example.org with any such claims.
If the buyer and the online store fail to resolve the settlement, the Customer may turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon.)
